Policy Cancelation

I have been trying to cancel my policy with Altech Netstar for the past month. Every time I call the call centre I get the first agent, then when I am suppose to be put through to the cancelation department I hold the line for almost an hour then the call is cut off before I can get through. Does this mean they have cancelation calls that they cant get to mine? <br> All I want to do is to cancel the policy. Even their testing unit services does not work. I asked them to test my service once and it didn't work. They told me that if the unit does not respond they will call me back to arrange for it to be fixed. I till have not received the call.<br> <br> Can I please just cancel this policy?
