Please people i will never use netstar again there olso refuse to cancell my contract and ask me huge termanated cost to this

Please people want to to tell you my experience with netstar and want to warm you there are very easy to sign up with them and to install your tracker but the time when you need to repair or replace your tracker unit because of faulty unit there you struggle

So on the 22th of december i notice tracker dont pic up there right location and there speed lemet as i have the request with the speed and log book and i never receive a call even when pressing the bullpanic butten so i contact them but then there notice on there side and on the mobile app that it is show correctly but advice me to please just watch it and do test etc all week long as i notice today on 25th that there was no speed again and my panick did not work and the location was rong and i immediately contact them to repair this as my Insurance policy clearly stated that i need need tracker into my vehicle and it is my responsibility to now it is in full working order

As i contact them at 9h00 and there inform me that there will comeback to me to make this a immediately repair woth no feed back till 13h00 and then i try to rich them and there office where close

So please people netstar dont care about there customer only about there pockets

I even ask them if there can not repair to termanated my contract
