Pity - they used to be okay when they answered the phone.
Been with them over 10 years but regretted the last 4 or 5 - their customer service response has degraded so much that I'm reduced to writing HelloPeter reviews to try to get them to respond. Which is a pity because their technology is okay: they just stopped answering the phone - and emails - and app feedback - a few years ago.
