**** poor service and no Customer focus.

I received a call from some Legal agency telling me that my account was R 600 in arrears!! I sent an email in Jan / Feb to an email on their website to cancel the service. The arrogant call centre agent agent informed me that the email address on the website is NOT MONITORED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, sending them anything is futile since they do not respond to THEIR OWN ADVERTISED EMAIL ADDRESS!!!!!!!!!!!! Since I subscribed over three years ago, I had a few emails trying to get me to upgrade, and after that - nothing, no statements, no customer feedback options, nothing. What annoys me is that they have the arrogance to turn me over to some legal firm after not communicating ANYTHING to me over the years and then I get the third degree from little twit in a call centre..................

Petronel, I responded to your email, but am still awaiting a response from YOU!!! And, today, Saturday, 19 Amy at 12:20, I received another call from some legal firm. How about responding to me, following my complaint BEFORE having me speak to some call centre person from a collections agency. It would appear that Netstar is incapable of running a business and have no idea about customer retention. Do everyone a favour and study up on the Consumer Protection Act - see, I even spelt it out for you so you can Google it. Get your stuff sorted out, and honestly, one more call from a collection agency and I will take this matter further.

Petronel!!!! Just received YET ANOTHER CALL FROM YOUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, sort your **** out before you call me again!!!!! READ THE ORIGINAL ISSUE AND SORT THAT OUT BEFORE YOU HARRASS YOUR EX CUSTOMERS. ARE YOU SO DESPERATE FOR BUSINESS??????????????????
