Pending Edgars Voucher

I entered into the contract with Altech Netstar on the 28/05/2015 and I was promised that I was going to get an edgars voucher after the installation of the tracker on the Car as advertised on their website but till today I have heared nothing from their sales office , I have provided sales office with my Edgars account number as requested but it is quite from their side. All I need is the voucher as promised. Please assist
