Pending Edgars Voucher

It is now exactly one month and still no voucher as promised by Altech Sales Manager, they call but don't fulfill their promises it is very disturbing that the big organisation like Altech continue to lie to its customer. How can you keep clients if you fail to service, how can you recruit new clients if you can't satisfy current clients. Please deliver the latter.
