Payment Issue

I am really angry and wish that i could cancel my contract with Netstar. I joined them in June and already had to reverse two payments and now they has put me on EFT and send me an sms that my payment is late. No one advised me that i was on EFT. I hate this service and already cant wait for my 3 years to be up and will not recommend any one. Whats next . Please help as i really hope i can cencel now
