Payment collections

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>An arangment was made to pay my account as my last bank account was changed and the debit order became dormant , the arangement was made that i would pay Debtcol monthly payments.</p> <p>They had said there was no recollection of any payments and i was to make a large payment once off.</p> <p>I have proved that payment had been mayed and since i have stopped due to unsure were moneys have gone. It would seem your debt collect ( Debtcol) has made a mistake acourding to infomation and payment has been made all along.</p> <p>I have had no confirmation as to what has been done about it and how we go on even after several emails.</p> <p>I view this as Altech's problem as the account is whith them, I would like the matter to be resolved.</p> <p>Regards Craig Ivins.</p>
