Paying for tracker that is not working

Over months my tracker not working. Empty promises from nester to bring technician to fix my tracker.even drove to altech netsatr in Altech Netstar, 540 Willie Behrends St, Pretoria Gardens, Pretoria, 0082. Was promised vehemently Friday they will bring technician. Did not come still...im very unhappy and unsafe with netstar. Stay away from this company .you will pay monthly for a tracker that is not working.Ive resorted to being public about netstar . Because this is more than 5 times having issues like this with them . Use a different tracker company to get value for money and a tracker that works.
