paying for some elses tracking unit and cant be cancelled.

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>My car was involved in an accident and declared a write off then auctioned a week later which was in May. Now 3 months later i am still paying for the tracking unit for the new owner of the car. why can i not just have the tracking unit removed and installed in my new car? Why can they suspend the unit or ask the new owner of the car to takeover the instalment? So i have to pay for 2 tracking devices now, the other 1 for a total stranger. </p> <p> </p> <p>Netstar's process is flawed and very unfair. A process review and enhancement must be considered in this regard as this is not fair to me as a consumer, if i stop paying they threating to blacklist me and i am being told that there's nothing they can do, i just have to continue paying. So someone else is enjoying the benefits at y expense. </p> <p> </p> <p>Very dissapointing</p>
