Paying for Nothing

I contacted Altech Netstar to test my device, which i was surprisingly informed that my unit is not functioning. I was then requested to go into a center to get the firmware updated as is required every 90 days for my model as its a low budget 1. I stated that i was not informed of something as preposterous as this on initiation, to which they could not answer and told me to hold and speak to another dept. to assist, the call was dropped and i have not received any contact or response since then. I had tested the unit 6 months ago as required and it was fine. I was not informed that i will be required to get the firmware updated every 90 days, else i would have approached another service provider whose product is superior and does not require an update every 90 days. "What utter BS and an inconvenience"

I have been diligently paying for the service not having missed a single installment, so if my car was ******, what then? i assume the ******* can update the device for me then, seeing as the service provider themselves don't even know its not working, which makes me wonder how I am supposed to know??? I am not 1 to complain, but honestly this is madness, i refuse to pay for something that doesn't work as required. Altech Netstar, i suggest you contact me before you have an unnecessarily aggravated client.
