Paying for goods and not having them installed

I have been struggling to remove a tracker from my old car to insert it to my new car. They keep promising me feedback and never call me back I have to call them every second day and no one knows what’s happening.

I am so disappointed in this company as o keep paying for a tracking unit I don’t even have.

They are not taking any responsibility nor are they helping me to get a solution.
