Paying for a tracker that does not work

I am so disappointed with the service I have received from Altech. I am suppose to be trusting and confident that my vehicle will be tracked should my vehicle be ******. However I am paying for my tracker that is not working I have phoned in numerous occasions to try and get someone to come and fix to no avail. All I get is empty promises. This makes me question the reputation and trust on their products. It been months with my tracker not working. Can someone explain to me when I will get assistance and what is normally your turnaround time? I also would like to be advised how much to pay if I cancel my policy. I would rather move back to cartrack they always quick in response which is what I expect when paying for such a service.
