PAYING FOR A CAR THATS NOT MINE ANYMORE?!

So 2 and a half years ago I bought my first car being a BMW M135i ( at the age of 20), because I was so young and obviously bought a relatively fast car, my insurance wanted me to specifically get a "early warning system" put in.

I contacted Altech Netstar, went into agreement with them where they then came out and installed the tracking unit in my car. 2 years down the line, here we are today. I have sold my vehicle, a week ago, and today (2018/02/02) a debit order goes off my account for a vehicle I do not own anymore.

I then obviously phone Altech Netstar where I try and get re-imbursed for the money they took off my account for a car I DO NOT OWN ANYMORE. The lady had informed me that I am in a 3 year contract (which I also, do not remember discussing telephonically) and if I want, I can settle the account for the remaining 4 months.

Altech, if your reading this, keep my money. But one thing you wont get, is anymore of it. I will never re-sign with you guys and will always have something bad to say about the company to anybody who is asking for advice on tracking companies. What a bad way to keep your clients happy, lock them into a contract where they pay off a certain amount for a vehicle that's not theirs.

These 4 months will cost you more than it will cost me.
