Paying double monthly fees for 1st month subscription

Hello peter I wrote 3 days ago about Netstar billing me double the lady from Netstar did call me and said she will call me back but didn't can anyone help me on advice to take action against Netstar I just want to cancel my contract and I don't see why I should pay that cancellation fees they breech the contract and all the bank fees I had to pay for they mess ups any 1 that can please assist me please contact me on ( ********** 847) ********** Will be most appreciated
