PAYBACK THE MONEY!!!!

I paid money to Altech a month ago for them to recover my ****** vehicle which they said would be refundable if they fail to recover it. They have not been able to recover the vehicle nor provider any feedback. I have been calling then for my refund and a person named Guicianne is the only who handles refunds. He asked me email him my details so he can process the refund which I did but then he just disappeared on me. His phone is always off or goes to voice mail and everyone else at Altech is unable to help out. They have failed to delivery a primary service that they claim they are good at and in the process stole more money from me.
