Pay wayyy more than my initual contract
I have a 3yr contract with Netstar. Its for the Netstar Basic contract for R119. After 2 concecative months I find out that my R119 p/m turns into R250 p/m.
Phone them several times since March 16th. No avail. Only get through to the emergency line. Thats because its Lockdown in SA. They said they cant help me with my predicament because of Lockdown....
So in essence...i payed R500 in 2.months, whereas I should have payed R238.
Almost paytime. And my debitorder is not fix yet. What if the lockdown continue for 30 days after 30th of April.
Please help...

23 Apr 2020, 09:32Today 23/04/2020. After raising this complaint, A consultant from Netstar contacted me. She explained to me as how they get to that amount. She broke the aount up for me, to understand it better.
Therefor im satisfied with the amount and know exactly what happened.
