Pay for a tracker that is stuck in one location.

Where to Start. My husband has called netstar on many occasions to fix this problem where the tracker is stuck on one location. They say they will send someone out and never do. The service is pathetic and after months of promises I will now stop my debit order and netstar can go fly a kite as I'm paying for something that keeps telling me I'm in the same place. Bad service and bad company. We ha e the names of people we have spoken to and all that. We promise to escalate the problem and someone will contact you.... Now I'm escalating it to my bank to stop the funds.
