Pathetic, Worthless and Usless

Netstar is the most pathetic tracking company that have ever existed. I have a unit fitted in my car with a panic button as well. When you press that button you expect assistance, With Netstar that is not the case. I have pressed that button 5 times in one day. it is now a week later and i am still waiting for the promised call. I have removed my cars battery and they are supposed to pick up battery tampering. NO CALL RECIEVED. I have now phoned them 10 tried and still no answer. They have a whatsapp bot that can assist. also still waiting for the promised call.

I want NETSRAR useless device removed from my car. Iam paying a monthly fee for a service i am not getting. At this point i would rather drive my car with no unit because that is what Netstar is. ) on a contract and save my monthly cost.

I would not recommend Netstar to my worst enemy.
