Pathetic, useless bully threatening me

Really disgusted with that pathetic man who called me from Netstar. I had a Netstar fitted on my new vehicle because I wanted peace of mind. Not because of the vehicle being high risk. In fact it is a very low risk vehicle. He bul**** me, **** to me and misled me. You can listen to the conversation as it was recorded by yourselves. He didn't tell me that that is any additional cost involved. Instead he scared me by telling me that I am driving a high risk vehicle and that I must download an app urgently. Only when I asked him how much will it cost did he tell me there is a monthly charge. Then I told him not to debit my account. HE was very rude and cut the call. I demand that someone calls me to tell me if they have the recording and if that idiot has put through a subscription me.
