Pathetic services received

Net star is so pathetic with their services, they debited my account before they even installed a tracking device in my car, After 6 weeks of contacting them, they sent one of their contractors who seemed to not know what he is doing, instead of installing the tracking device came to mess my car and they dont want to own their mistakes but want to shift the problem on me. I am so disappointed with Centromentine Tshisikule for a share waste of time on following up and the way she handled the issue at hand. I would never recommend any one because of their pathetic services. I have immediately canceled my contract with them and will take my services elsewhere.
