Pathetic service.business owners stay far away from netstar

My tracker unit in my company fleet vehicle has not been working for the last 3 weeks.ive sent numerous call me backs and I was told that a technician will get back to me.till date nobody calls or cares.

I called back today and yesterday ,the agent asks you to stay on the line.4minutes while on the line they cut the call without getting back to me.

Please I urge you business owners.do not support netstar. Your business could be at risk whilst they don't give a damn about you
