Pathetic Service (WHAT SERVICE?)

I dont think Netstar understands the word "service". all they understand is "TERRIBLE SERVICE". We have phoned countless times to get the login details for netstar in order to submit the kilometers for TAX but we have only dealt with a bunch of *********** people and left on hold for minutes until we eventually hang up. We are transferred to the incorrect department, then they transfer us to another incorrect department, and this goes on and on.
