Pathetic service from netstar

So i have been with netstar since 2018, they promise to find your car in hour bla bla. My car was ****** and i contacted netstar the moment i received the sms's when they stole it. The found the tracking device just down the road, how convenient. I never received any follow up calls from them, no replies to my emails, i eventually called them and got shoved from one person to the next until i eventually spoke to a very arrogant person who told me - THE FIRST THING THEY DO IS REMOVE THE TRACKING DEVICE WHEN THEY ***** YOUR CAR-. So please tell me whats the point of paying for vehicle tracking??? Ridiculous.
