Pathetic Service From Netstar

Good day,

I purchased a new vehicle in November 2019, I called Netstar to have the tracking device removed from the old vehicle to the new vehicle.

I was told that this was completed only to find out that it wasn't. Netstar left the tracking device in the old vehicle but was charging me for a service they arent offering me.

I want to cancel my services with you guys with immediate effect.
