Pathetic service from customers services and accounts

If i could give anyone a piece of advice DO NOT use this company! I have sent TWO emails asking changing my bank details on their system but their *********** staff are unable to make minor changes on their system. I would HATE to think what would happen if I were to be hijacked if this is the poor service I receive from their pathetic customer services. No wonder Autopage closed down - they have no idea what customer support is.
