Pathetic service Finance/Accounts department

2 accounts have been opened on one tracking unit, after numerous calls and various credit control promises, still no action or correction of error. Every time I get told, that the issue has been sorted out....so I will accept the \excuse"for a so called accounts department pathetic service record. PS don't call Finance department number in an emergency... nobody answers calls!!!!!1"""
