Pathetic Service

Pathetic service!! I called numerous times before someone could actually assist with the transfer of ownership. Now that I have purchased a new vehicle, I need a tracking device and clearly netstar doesn't need the business as they never seem to answer calls or give you a call back. Dealing with netstar has been an absolute pain!!
