Pathetic Service- Cancellation of Contract

My car was written-off in October 2013 in an accident. I subsequently called Altech Netstar to cancel my tracker service. They informed me that this service would be cancelled subject to a penalty of the early cancellation fee, which I accepted. I have resorted to stopping debit order deductions in July on my bank account as Netstar has been continuously debiting my account despite several attempts that I have made to cancel this service.<br> <br> I want my money that Altech Netstar have debited from my account (in excess of the cancellation fee that was quoted in 2013) to be refunded back into my account and for this tracker service to be cancelled. The service is pathetic and I don't wish to take any tracker service with this company EVER again!<br>
