Pathetic service by Netstar

Pathetic service is the only way to sum it up! I’ve made multiple calls about their defective product and received reference numbers with a promise that a technician would be sent out and still no assistance! This has been going on since last year and until now my tracker shows old locations and locations that’s not even in this country I even tried to cancel yet no one contacted me When I purchased the car I wasn’t even asked if I was going to take the option of taking their service as I knew they were pathetic I just received an sms stating that the system was fitted before I picked up the car from the dealership
