Pathetic service by netstar

We have a contract with netstar but unfortunately for some reason only one car was being monitored so we called them numerous times and nobody seems interested to assist but taking our money is fine. So I returned one debit order n den all of a sudden we get a quick call frm dem abt da debit order but bear in mind dey still deducting money but der system does not work on my vehicle nw I got an sms telling me dey r handing us over so I called dem only to be told dat I'm not the acc holder but my point is I don't want money frm dem jst tell me wer we faulted n hw dey got to da amt dey demanding bcos my husband is not available to call dem during da day. This is the person I spoke to last Netstar 03/07/2019 manager kemi mahaoa even he did nothing n dats showing you how netstar service is even asked him that what would be da situation if we wer hijacked. As far as I'm concerned netstar provides service which is upto low standards dey only fone to get clients but don't attend to complaints n problems n without even phoning us the client abt the overdue amt they jst hand it over. Wow got to hand it to them that's how they fool their clients. Utterly disappointed n disgusted by netstar service.
