Pathetic service @ Netstar Customer service

I made a call to Netstar Customer Service at approx. 11h00 on Friday the15th of August 2025.

Unfortunately, I was not assisted, cause the gentleman who was supposed to assist me (Tebogo Sambo ) was very rude to me.

I wasted my quality time and my airtime. I then asked him to transfer my call so that I can rate his service and he decided to cut my call off.

I called again at approx. 11h13, I was finally assisted by Njabulo.

This is unacceptable. If you guys do not want to assist us, please stay at home. My experience today with Netstar was pathetic.
