Pathetic Service and very shady

So glad i didn't join you. The service and attitude of your staff is pathetic. I filled in an application form where you have all my details but on the contract confirmation: My name was incorrect my secondary contact's name was incorrect My contact number number was incorrect I was advised your services would cost me R199 but I see a different amount on the contract confirmation. When I call and ask why the amounts are not the same you tell me it's because I made the inquiry to get your tracker on YOUR website. How does making inquiries on YOUR website attract charges every month? You state on the agreement confirmation that my car is a hatchback when i clearly stated on the application form that it is a sedan.

If you cannot even get our information correct how on earth will you assist us in life threatening situations or if our vehicles are ******.
