Pathetic Service

I am highly irritated by the pathetic service from Netstar consultants. I called on the 8th querying a double debit and the consultant advised that she will log a refund request. I called again today to follow up and spoke to another consultant who said he will check and get back to me, which he hasn’t. He went on to tell me about an SLA of 7-14 working days which was not communicated to me on the 8th.

This is the nonsense one must deal with when money is owed to the customer yet you are so quick to run debit orders!

I better get an update on this before COB today!!!!!

I’m not happy!! I was billed again this morning, what is this???!!!!

You guys owe me and the credit should’ve been offset but no, instead you bill me again! FIX THIS! And refund me my money - do not schedule another offset because clearly you failed!!!!
