Pathetic Service

Pathetic Service - I sent an email on 11th February requesting our Tax Invoices that we never received for the past year. Our case reference: CAS-***-V1S7 I phoned to see what the hold up is with no luck and sent several e-mails to Goodwill M in accounts with NO response to date.

This is truly not acceptable.................................Pathetic Client Service.
