Pathetic Service

Your company is pathetic.

The car was sold to my father in law and tracking service transferred to him. The unit was even upgraded and old unit taken out. This was weeks ago.

Now I get an email from collections about an outstanding amount. Pathetic. You have a cheek.

Do your job and cancel my account.

When we did the transfer, the lady said our account was canceled now and my father in laws starts. Obviously she didn't do her job properly either.
