pathetic service

<p>from day 1 after signing a two year contract with these people for two of my cars, i have had the most pathetic service yet. after sending them correct information pertaining to my vehicles the co ntract still had wrong information, like VIN, registration,...after much fighting it was finally corrected after a month of high risk on my side</p> <p> </p> <p>a few months into contract i changed bank accounts and sent them the new details and even got a reply email saying that all is in order and the new account will be debitted immediatly. after 3 months from then i was contacted by debt collectors who were now trying to recover unpaid fees from me. apparently i did not pay 3 months worth of fees to Netstar and they handed me over. upon further investigation i found that they were still trying to debit the old account that was about to close and had obviously no funds. due to this the bank was charging me excessive bank charges for reversal of debit orders due to insufficient funds for 3 months. after much fighting i settled the outstanding fees with the unneccessary bank charges coz the risk was too high on my side in the case of a vehicle theft,...Netstar comnfirmed that the new account details will now be in effect</p> <p> </p> <p>this past friday (18/11/2016), three months later i get another call from a collections agency saying that i need to pay R4500 for a contract that Netstar has cancelled due to unpaid fees. they also advised that if i settle in 48 hours they could offer a 30% discount. to say the least i was now furious. while explaining myself the agent rudely cut the call. </p> <p> </p> <p>I demand cancellation of this contract without any cancellation charges!</p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING WITH THIS COMPANY. WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS AFTER ALL THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SEEN EVEN ON THIS FORUM...</p>
