Pathetic service

<p>Instead of 1 months payement 3 months were taken off. After numerous calls i was told that it will be refunded within 7 days. After 7 days i had to make calls again and was then told 14 days. It is now past 14 days and still nothing. The people i delt with was not helpfull at all. I have been a customer for more than 3 years and never had you had problems with my payments but now that you need to refund me after a mistake that was made on your side i really experiance the worst service ever. I just pray that i never have to rely on Netstar to assist me in case of an emergency. Pathetic service all the way.</p>
