Pathetic service

Terrible company to deal with. I bought a new car and cancelled my other netstar. I was given a settlement quote and told of about R700 and told the amount will be lower as another installment was going off for 1 month notice and the money will go off my debit order. Today I was called by someone from accounts claiming I owe them R1680. He told me they emailed me an invoice that I didn't receive. I asked him to email me an invoice and get his manager to call me. I still haven't received the email or geard from the manager. Totally unprofessional Dr Zaheed Khan
