Pathetic service

I took over a contract with netstar around June 2018 upon purchasing a vehicle. A consultant called me a few days later to provide me with the details of the cover and explained what the installment will be for .The consultant promised me i would get login details so that i could utilise the app and so forth which i never got to date . In late june i sent a cancellation letter with no response , netstar then debited my account even after providing them with a cancellation. i then receive an email from debt collectors stating that i owe them money however never received any communication regarding my cancellation .The worst thing is my battery was disconnected as the car was involved in an accident only to get a sms in august stating there is a battery violation Absolutely pathetic service !!!!!
