Pathetic Service

Once again I have to write a lousy review regarding the lack of interest. UN-profesional and lousy service from Altech Netstar On 28 May 2018 I phoned Netstar and advised them of my change of phone number and also asked them to confirm receipt by SMS to my new number. On 11 June 2018 I e-mailed Netstar and advised them of the change as I had not received conformation of my verbal request and also asked them to confirm receipt by SMS to my new number. On 16 June 2018 I e-mailed them again as I had still not received conformation On 19 June 2018 I e-mailed them again and as of date I have had no response from them I am of the opinion that Netstar are not interested in Customer Service but only in the Monthly payments deducted from my Bank account As I have advised them of this non service and as far as I am concerned breach of Contract I am cancelling the stop order

What a PATHETIC telephonic response ?????? MY PROBLEM IS NOT SORTED or even partially sorted. Got a phone call from Petronell Mageza who in my opinion relies on a sympathetic approach and has no idea how to resolve my grievance and problem The fact of the matter is they have given me a product that I do not trust and also do not want Altech Netstar lost my previous two Vehicles when they were ****** and they could not track them even though they had all the Netstar bells and whistles fitted This company is beyond calling names ! anymore ? I will now seek legal advice
