PATHETIC SERVICE

Terrible terrible service. I waited forever to get a tracker installed. And then they finally sent a guy who met me on the street, ********** the car where he then inserted the tracker... Off he went. I call my insurance company to tell them that the device was installed, they said nope, we can't pick it up. Called Netsar, they said nope we do not have you in our system, but I do have the damn device in my car. They promised to call back, and nope, they never did. PATHETIC PATHETIC service
