Pathetic Service

I am really sick and tired of Altech now, since 2012 I’ve been dealing with them , thinking to my knowledge that this matter has been handled. I was in a process of buying a grey Ford Fiesta from Honda The Glen dealership,and it was going to be financed through Wesbank. Teressa who was the sales consultant there was assisting me with my application. She came to my workplace with the car for me to see it and test drive it. Fine... I saw the car and I was happy, but there was no formal agreement that I’m buying the car even though I was interested in it. There was just an application to see if I would qualify for the car which the application was done by the dealership with different financial institutions. I got declined with other financial institutions but Wesbank said I qualify if only I pay a deposit of R50K which was not a problem because I was expecting some money so I clearly instructed the dealership to please put the application on hold until I get the money.

Well unfortunately important things came up and I couldn’t buy the car so I call The dealership which is Honda The Glen to cancel the car I’m not taking it. Wesbank was even contacted and all cancellations documents was submitted.. Please note that I’ve NEVER driven the car besides when I took it for a test drive. I have NEVER owned that car I have NEVER taken that car to my place I have NEVER signed any agreement that the car is mine, because the application was cancelled.

To my surprise I get a call from Altech telling me that I owe a tracker an amount of R1000 and some odd rands. I asked them what tracker and and for which car. They said to me for your vehicle the Ford Fiesta. I told them that’s not my car please call the dealership and cancel with them and remove my name from the system because I didn’t make any agreement with any tracker.

I explained the situation to Altech and they understood. Thinking that they did what I had informed them.

Now in 2013 January I get a call from Altech Tracker saying that my car alarm is off is everything fine... I asked what car and what alarm. They mentioned again the Ford Fiesta. I told them that please call the owner of that car who’s being driving that car because I’m not the owner of that car, I’ve never driven that car. I even gave them an initiative to track where the car is and find out who’s that owner because I’m not the owner!!!

So after speaking to the tracker guys, I decided to call the dealership Honda The Glen to ask them what’s happening because I’ve been getting SMS’s from Altech tracker telling me I owe and now I’m getting calls that my car alarm is off.

So they said to me but no that’s not your car because everything has been cancelled. She said she will follow up but clearly she did not!!!

I took this matter further because I was sick and tired of Altech. I’ve send numerous emails, I’ve spoken to so many people, I’ve spoken to the bosses, I’ve been going back an forth sending emails for them to remove my name from the system ,I’ve made phone calls, I’ve done affidavits, I’ve done so many things that I was told to do from Altech. Should you need all the emails I’ve got proof of everything even SMS’s that comes from Altech that I’m owing them.

I have been getting call almost every month from Altech each and every single time. I’ve been given this email ********** address to address my matter which I’ve done but not even one person has has contact me. The only phone calls I get is that I’m owing and the alarm is off.

Please note every year it’s the same thing. I got to a point that when I get a call and I would hear it’s Altech I will just say to the consultant I’m not willing to talk to you unless you are calling me to sort out my matter, but they would tell me no Miss Moloi it’s with regards to your overdue payment. Then I will hang up the phone. What frustrates me is when you ask to speak to the supervisor they will hang up the phone.

I’ve never been so spammed with SMS’s from Altech eg:

What makes me even more mad is last week I get a call that I’m handed over to some company that I owe R4000 and something rands now that I’m really fuming I can’t take this anymore really please can you intervene I WANT MY NAME TO BE REMOVED FROM ALL THIER SYSTEMS AND I WANT AN FORMAL APOLOGY FROM ALTECH I HAVE BEEN DOING RUN AROUNDS WITH THEM IM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS.

So clearly no one was taking me serious now it’s time to expose Honda The Glen and Altech for their pathetic service!!!!!!!

Hellopeter and other social network is my only option. I’m tired of this!!!!
