Pathetic service

After phoning numerous times regarding my account and they telling me that their accounts would phone me lol it’s been weeks and weeks later with ref numbers for basically no reason because they never come back to you and they don’t even change your banking details when you update them. I just can’t wait to get my lawyers involved with this pathetic service
