PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!

This is ****************, I just found out that my tracker hasn't been working since October whereas I have been paying for the services on a monthly services. I called in last week and was told that a technician for repairs will contact me within 72hrs and even today I did not receive any call. I called in today and wanted to cancel the services and the guy that I spoke to did not even ask me why I want to cancel and had to be the one to tell them the reason why. If my car was ****** within 5 months what would have happened???? I only was told that I have to pay for the cancellation fee . I want to be reimbursed for the months that I have been paying for the services that I never received....PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!
