Pathetic netstar

Absolutely pathetic service from this pathetic company.. I have had my tracking for 3 years and in that 3 years I have encountered numerous technical issues in which these devices was changed litterly 7 times,which is pathetic because each time I have to take off from work and let them strip and damage my vehicle. I have spoken to many supervisors who cant assist at all. I have asked for a manager so i could be assisted and they refused to contact me... I don't want to speak to *********** supervisors, I want to speak to a manager because my contact is ending and i will be on a month to month and I will be liable for repairs which is pathetic because all the time it was under warranty it's been changed 7 times.. They are Refusing to get me a manager..
