Pathetic Netstar

It was brought to my attention that i owe Netstar R4100.00. I have made several attempts to contact them and requested them via email to send me account breakdown statement so i can understand whete does the R4100 come from but nothing it's been months already. Strange enough i have 1 vehicle under Netstar which the unit is not even working i assume since i have attempted to test the unit with a panic button but nothing. I don't know how Netstar does it's business but it's totally ridiculous.
