Pathetic excuse for a company overall!!!!

I went through an armed ******* 2 weeks ago FYI i pressed my panic- my phone was taken- GUESS WHERE THE SMS WENT. If there was a 0 star I would give that. Not the company you want to trust your or your loved ones safety with. A year of issues back and forth, logbooks missing,brand new units faulty. After an incident a panic was used and instead of responding an sms was sent????? An email to the CEO about all this issues and nothing so why bother sending another one where my throat was nearly cut off and they ddnt even check my location or radical driving trying to get away from the ******s! Just nothing! Just another company with empty promises in the business to make money!!
