Pathetic
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Netstar’s handling of my account. Despite my payments being made, they have not been properly allocated, and I continue to receive multiple calls daily demanding payment that is not due. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your customer service. Please resolve this matter urgently. You guys are pathetic.
