Pathetic Customer Service

<p>I called Altech Netstar this morning at 9h45 to request a test for my tracking unit. I was assited by Petronella. It's over an hour now and still no feedback from her to let me know if a signal was picked up or not . This is not the first time that I call to test my unit and not get a call back. I couuld not take the reference since I was driving at the time and I don't understand why can't Altech Netstar send out the reference number via sms especially because when testing one's unit , you are advised that you need to be driving .Now how do you guys expect a person to drive and write at the same time ? My account with you is 959163.</p> <p> </p> <p>Would someone please get back to me and I want my unit tested !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
